Return Process

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier point; please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
